The fires were a problem way before Trump.
It belittles it despite your efforts. Take a good look at what’s happened.
Point is moot.
 
It’s getting worse boys. A new fire has popped up due north of my daughter’s place in Oxnard. It’s called the Auto fire as it’s near some sort of auto row. The wind is blowing it south and it’s close enough for her to see flames. She’s packing her go bag and throwing a suitcase in her RAV4 just in case. The super strong winds are supposed to continue thru Wednesday. It’s small so far as it just started. This app shows its location

Yes. I seem to recall back in like 2019 Trump was discussing the lack of fire prevention of the Ca forest floors. He was laughed at and called names. So this is his fault.
 
I think what corporations or governments buy or seize what property after this is all done will answer alot of questions.
A natural disaster with enough 'help' to make it worse, that ends up in a land grab.
I'm not saying it will, just that it wouldn't suprise me...

Hate to say it, but if you look at the proposed route if the proposed bullet train route, as nd where the fires are burning..........people will start to agree with you.

The bullet train is a proposed high speed means of transportation up the middle of the state from eventually San Diego up to the Bay Area. What does that have to do with Malibu and Pacific Palisades?
As far as prevention, a lot of the buildings burnt are over 100 years old. It's not like the yearly hurricanes in the southeast. This is a natural disaster.

Where did you hear that? Many homes that were lost were multi million dollar homes owned by millionaires. Not having insurance makes no sense. And everything that’s financed has to be insured.

Some states don't require home ins on places that are financed. Not sure how but I know a few people here in Florida with mortgages and no ins.

And I wouldn't doubt if some of the rich hollyweirds don't have it either.

Not likely...it's not state mandated, it's lender mandated, and I can't imagine a lender sticking their neck out unprotected. Some may allow you to have an account in the amount of the loan available as a payout but I've never seen it.

Looks like the fire department has a handle on that one. A lot of crews from Oregon and Canada helping out. Hats off to everyone involved.
