I knew if I sent enough pictures, someone would catch an issue. They will be taped before Saturday ... Also, I didn't change out the antifreeze since I am in novice. Hopefully they still do not require you to change it out.

Nope. Antifreeze is fine in Novice.

Ok Gents, here is the Pit Plan:

If you look at the attached pic, you will be coming in from stage right. The First area circled in Blue is the Museum lot; if you arrive before 6 PM you will be directed to park in the lot. Somewhere around 5:30, we will be able to walk up to the registration building (where the Porsche is) (next blue mark) to register, pay entrance fee ($20/weekend riders)/power fee ($45) get your wristband. We will then drive thru the gate, all the way around the track to come in at the top of the pits.

Charlie and I have agreed that he will put his camper on the THIRD LEVEL, next to the upper level bathroom (blue circle in pit area), leaving about 2 open pits between his motorhome for the rest of us to pit, so we can all pit together and SHARE POWER. That way we can all put our popups out, put our vehicles across from us, and have plenty of room to congregate.

Charlie gets in with the staff so he will go out and grab it for us. This makes it easy for all Smacktalk attendees and visitors to find each other.

I'm surprised you actually went with Charlie's plan and was able to get over the fact that your trailer will have to go in a different spot than before.. if you can handle that
