**The OFFICIAL TEAM GIXXER smacktalk thread**

Already signed up Keith! ;)
And should be about 4-5 folks coming from Texas.

Hopefully I will get to finally run the pirelli slicks this weekend..if I ever get to ride this 1k :/
Let you know how they are.

Last trip to Barber I had the V02 Bridgestone slicks on the 750. Was really happy with the grip on those. Replacing them with another set.
Between us all we probably have tried ever brand out there..lol

If you don't get that 1K of yours worked out I still have one that screams I can hook you up with!! :D

Finally got the "new" track bike ready to go and will be testing her out at Barber next Saturday... I hope she's as fast as she looks :)

Keith, it's probably good that you won't be there. I doubt you would want to be behind me as I learn this GP shift .. I did switch the street bike to GP shift also and have ridden a couple times. I think I'm gonna like it :)

Also, I think this M4 will win the loud contest over your TwoBrothers (LOUD!!)

I wouldn't want to be right on your tail when you went the wrong way shifting, EITHER...but it WOULD make for an epic pass down the front straight :)

Have fun, be careful!!

I actually thinks it's pretty intuitive... I'm gonna look (and think) about it as shifting DOWN the straights and UP the corners..... hopefully

I need to make you a noticeable sticker for your tank that says "GP SHIFT YOU DUMMIE" :)

I've never had to shift there... I've always been 3rd gear all the way through there and down into 2nd for turn 5... The gearing on this bike is different, so that may change :)

I'm looking forward to it for coming out of 5 and cresting the hill

Oh that's right the liter bike barely gets out of 3rd on this track.

You'll learn this if you can ever get yours to run past the warm-up lap! Did you ever figure out what the problem is? Fix it?

Unfortunately no :(
It is in the hands of yet another race bike mechanic. He has it torn apart as we speak.
