This just might be the place.......

have you applied a penetrating oil such as liquid wrench? Do that and tap on the bolt to vibrate it, allowing that oil to work it's way in there. repeat, repeat, repeat, allow to sit overnight and repeat. You want that penetrant to really get in there and do it's job.

If you still have a nub sticking out use your Dremel to cut groove for bit, and I'd use an impact driver with the hardened bits. OR, you can try the EZ-out again.

Il go pick some up today and give it a try. Thanks for the help. That might just work. Now I just gotta figure out my speedo.

I would drill though with a very small bit and work my way up in size until you can peel the remainder out.

:welcome:

If the bolt was too tight to remove by hand it might be cross-threaded. Oil won't help there. You will need to drill it out very carefully and use a proper metric tap to clean up the threads in the frame.

Good luck.

Truwrecks: that's what the mechanic from the shop said. They came and picked it up two nights ago. Rather than me spend my limited time and money on attempting to fix her. I called them and they should have it done in a week and now I have to come up with the money to put back the second braking assembly on the front. JEEZ :dunno:
