Tire changing cost?

I always took mine off and btought in to the dealership where they charged about $30 / wheel +scratches to paint on rims. That's why I change my own tires now.

The dealership where I bought the bike charges $55. to change a tire whether I buy it from them or bring it in. From them it's full retail...
There is a local private shop that will change it for $25, and if I buy it from him he only charges $20 over cost, he washes the bike after he works on it.
