Post it when you find it...please. I never find them on ebay, or see them any cheaper than $259 from Corbin. I'm lookin for one for my gen2 too, just don't have the cash now.

local dealer quoted me 230.00 which was not to bad of a price.

Concerning the "New Image" (Tobin) seats; I've noticed that "Ball Z Motorsports" carry the New Image Seats. Does it make any difference to order from Ball Z, or go directly to the man himself, at New Image. I think the seats & prices are very close, if not the same. If you have a New Image seat, by what site/seller, did you get it?

I had Lee make my new image seat for me about two years ago and went to his house to pick it up... I just got a Corbin on ebay for longer trips and Im thinking about doing a comparison...

I only had the chance to ride my Corbin for a few minutes... but first impressions:

1.) Sits a little higher than new image... had more trouble flat footing with my short frame (5'8")
2.) Because it sits higher, my lower back ached immediately..but I think this is due to not riding for awhile.
3.) Very broad and stiffer, but very comfortable..
4.) The New image seat used to hold me in place under acceleration... I never noticed this until I tried the Corbin. I kept sliding back every time i punched it.
5.) I might end up using the corbin for long trips and the New image for the track.

My feeling exactly. I have a Tobin on my Gen I and a Corbin on Gen II. I like them both, just in different ways.
