Cache -if we can the smack shack, what happens next is: all the trash talk, etc is going to flood the other forums.
The only forum I dont see me as mod on is the raffle forum. I dont see any mods on that one.trasher, have you looked at the main board page lately? you are not a moderator on one forum anymore....................
That will NEVER happen on the internet, bro. People seem to find it absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to pass on troll bait. You're right though... 99% of it would go away if totally ignored. As I said though, it'll never happen on the internet. Even those who wouldn't get involved in person in a conversation of that nature feel compelled to throw in their $.02.Somebody says something to intentionally piss you off...ignore 'em. They get enough of that and they will either knock it off, or go away.
Yea, you are right...you noticed I said I was going to "try" to stay out! That will NEVER happen on the internet, bro. People seem to find it absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to pass on troll bait. As for the topic at hand, sure you can say don't go there if you don't want to see it. Truth is that on any site that this type of stuff is allowed on, spill over into the other forums is inevitable. On every forum I've ever hung out on that had adult content sections, there were people drawn in by that section that contributed nothing to the site and only stirred the crap in other forum sections when they weren't gettin' their porn fix. The same seems to hold true for the Smack Shack. This site has always been "different" and I still say this site is what it is because of the rules it has always followed and the fact that the rules kept the bs to a minimum. Just my $.02.
Well, I wasn't specifically referring to YOU not being able to refrain. I guess it could have come across that way though. Sorry about that. And yeah, it's tough not to smack down a troll here and there. That's what they are lookin' for though. It's what they feed off of. Even knowing that I agree, it's hard not to fire off a round or two at 'em when they pop up.Yea, you are right...you noticed I said I was going to "try" to stay out! That will NEVER happen on the internet, bro. It is tough not to slap the trolls. I've done my share.
