Tourist Trophy

I believe the sharks are still available but you hear about them less and less every yr

(TurboSN95 @ Mar. 15 2007,08:21) Back in the day the "Gameshark" was a cheat device, i'm not sure if those are still available.
Do you remember the "Game Genie" for way back in the day?

yes, learn to use the complex controls first, not the beginner ones. it's got a learning curve but controls much better when YOU get better. my opinion

use beginner settings as a handicap for yourself, when your friends come over and play

GAME GENIE! hahahaha I think I still have the NES one in a box over here, yep im old

I've had this game for few months(cuzof this game I bought the PS2...) but I'm really suck in this game, but I win a few bikes GSXR1000RM, DUCATI1000RM, BMW1200...etc.

Is there any way to play TT on a PC? In my post from earlier today I was asking about better MotoGP type games for the PC. Any advice?

(WWJD @ Mar. 14 2007,22:29) well I used the REV's cheater device and unlocked nearly all of them.  didn't feel like winning anything, bought the game for the large rack of toy bikes to ride

BEST RACING GAME EVER: !!!

ROFL!!!

That reminds me of the old Atari football game... and the crappy Pac-Man game Atari had! But... hey... as a kid those games were still fun!

My fave sports game is still FIFA World Cup 98 for the N64.

Not to thread-hijack... but what are some of the best motorcycle (street bike) games on the market for the PC or for the consoles? I might just spring for a 360 or PSIII if some good ones exist. I just haven't been keeping up w/ games at all over the last 2 yrs. I still play Unreal Tournament 2k4 sometimes and Trackmania Sunrise (cool car game). I only play those 2 when I'm extremely bored, though.

strangely, my number one pick for best cycle game is SUZUKI TT SUPERBIKE on the PS2. I like it because it is smooth, fast, and reminds me a LOT of riding on real live streets. It is the fully reproduced ISLE OF MANN TT race track... reproduced corner for corner, bump for bump, has a boat load of fine street and race bikes, and once you get used to it, I feel the handling, feel, physics and control is better than Tourist Trophy [which I also own]

Other decent* cycling games: [*according to gamerankings.com]

XBOX 360 - MotoGP 06

XBOX - MotoGP, GP2, GP3,
Speed Kings <- arcadey street riding

PS2: - MotoGP, GP2, GP3, GP4
Tourist Trophy
Suzuki TT Superbikes
Speed Kings
Riding Spirits - reviews not Super, but I read there's a busa in it? ? maybe

PS1 - MotoRacer, MotoRacer2, MotoRacer3
Ducati World Racing [yeech!]
Superbike 2000
Honda Superbike

GameCube - SpeedKings - has a fake Busa in it

Dreamcast - Suzuki Alstare Extreme Racing

And for the PC - there are a bunch of great Demos to keep you riding free!
MotoGP, 2, 3
MotoRacer, 2, 3
Midnight Club 2 - has a bike in it, but it's a car game
EA's Superbike series - good luck getting it run
Ducati World Racing - again, bleaah, very badly done, but runs on an old laptop if needed

there's a bunch of other piddly games strown about, but you will never find them, or they won't run at all on modern PCs.

I suggest you grab MotoGP 3 Demo and have a ball, like I am seen doing here
