Go with a 180 rear tire, you'll have a larger patch
14 over with stock HP is just wrong... You are robbing yourself of power...(thecrackhead @ Apr. 11 2007,11:12) well its a set 14 so i cant adjust. ive seen alot of guys runnin same setup at the track and hooking so im not sure what the deal is
I agree. Go with 5 to 6 inches (63-64 inches) 14 is waaaayy too much.(Cloud9 @ Apr. 19 2007,16:21)14 over with stock HP is just wrong... I am running 12 pounds of boost and at 6.5 over, she just got light in the front-end on hard pulls. You don't need 14 over and its not helping you.
Are you getting that shinko nice and hot before you run? If you were getting it nice and hot, I bet she will stick... Make sure you are not going out there cold; the tire gets its traction from the stickiness and it gotta be sticky....

Lower the front and the rear suspension. You can buy a stock swingarm for about $100.00. You should be able to sell the 14 inch extended on for at least $300.00(thecrackhead @ Apr. 20 2007,21:44) well what can you do, im on a budget and it was a good deal.
on an update dropped tire pressure and it hooks on the street now. going to the track tommorrow and well see how she does. ill have some numbers and maybe a video or something.
