I need to order roller Cam gears, clutch springs so I can put the basket and lock up together, order a clutch cover, decide on hi pressure valve and put the pan on. And shim the head

I was going to buy dogwood bracket. Then I got an idea. And those seem a little pricey. I would like that oil pan though. I posted a thread on that a few years back. It's spray painted and works great. You see I used a broke 3/8 extension for the pin? It's not easy living this cheesy.

Used baby's trampoline I took down to build wife's greenhouse month ago (8x8). Saved a lot of money, but the time it took me I could have worked and bought a nice one. Its tougher than those cheap ones, I'm bad about overkill though, I didn't need to weld both sides of that bracket for engine stand either. If this pertains to turbo build.

I feel u bro, diy for life lol I been collecting parts for this for 6 years bcuz I didn’t Wana pay someone to build it for me.

If I can find that bracket I’m gonna make one for the gs motor I have, It’s not the same as a Busa

Main studs were 30-35ft lbs I believe, it’s in the paper that comes with them. Start from the center and work your way out. I did em all at 20 and then 30. (35? I’d have to look)
I just did three different torque ups with the ARP main studs.. 23 , 30 , and 35ft lbs.... basically every additional ft/lb of torque reduces the vertical oil clearance by .ooo1”. Beware

That shouldn’t really matter bcuz when u measure them, you torque them down to whatever spec u are going to use when u torque them down for good. U shouldn’t lose any clearance

Perhaps I didn’t say that right. If you have .0013“ vertical clearance at 23ft/lbs (I had brown bearings installed) then pull it tighter to 35ft/lbs your vertical oil clearance will be less..... I saw about .0008” less. ARP ultra torque lube
