Not yet *knock on wood*, but then again, it's only been on my bike for 7 hours.

Check out the one from The MotorHead over at sh.org. His is a complete replacement for the undertray, uses the stock taillight, keeps trunkspace and allows more room to lower the rear. $250 TYD is what he had been asking for 'em, but you would have to PM to find out for sure.
