Update on B A Busa // Surgery

Hey Rich, glad things are going ok... do not envy the next few weeks or so when the Physical therapists get hold of you... you enjoy that arm bike buddy... :) (let me know if you need that stuff)

Glad to hear all went well, Rich! Stick with the PT - it will help...

I had a type 3 with both of the ligaments torn completely from the shoulder blade. No surgery. I started PT at 6 weeks. By 8 weeks I had 80% shoulder rotation when I tested for a PT referral. My doc said to keep doing what I was doing and we skipped the PT referral. Now I have 95% and a funny looking x-ray picture of my right shoulder.

Bottom line, PT works. :beerchug:

Heal up, rest, and start your PT when the pain lessens. Don't over exert or you can damage the repair work.

glad it went ok Rich. :) A few of us are riding the Blue Ridge Parkway tomorrow, we will hang a few curves for you and VMAN. :) heal up quick man!

What's the latest ???

Talked to Rich a little earlier today. Yesterday, he says, was a rough day.

Today, much better, though he admits to not being on the board much at all. Switching out some meds to try to dial them in and make 'em work best for him, and he's got his head wrapped around it and what he needs to do to get back to where we want him. I know...very selfish, eh?

Anyway, I'll probably talk to him again a little later and encourage him to get on and give ya'llz an update...

:beerchug:

Actually, he's in here right now...you can tell him yourself!!!
