Timos,here's a good one shielded vans or what ever.I worked on some classified projects in the Navy and at other jobs and it is funny when someone says that the computer room is shielded from RF when I can receive pager messages from my own pager and when the state fire marshall comes in to the rooms for fire or code inspection their 2way radios to base or city hall works great.Go figure.To me a shield room means turning the transmitter off by removing the power source or removing the tuned antenna.
As far as catching the bad guys you either have to go undercover and maybe join the thief ring and then bust them after you have enough evidence.Same thing when catching drug dealers.
