Well, I believe it's herpes.. :(

Really, I'm everywhere and yet nowhere :banghead: I'm on about everything guys and Hayabusa.oRg is by far the most active site concerning this bike. So it's not this site. I travel them all and have since 2010. Different sites are different and have different interest, the oRg is more social than technical and all the FB sites are basically social. Well one is purely about an individual and making money  , but they're all fun.

Maybe there has been an explosion in sites and that has changed the mere numbers, but there's been things going on here IMHO that have hurt this site, but who cares, I don't. I didn't make it, I don't own it, I just come here to have fun and help if I can, well mainly have fun.

Some people have moved on to another bike and don't visit the Org much anymore. No "new" questions come up about the Hayabusa because it has been the same for 6 years, and many more before that with the Gen I. Other social media is more aggressive in regards to getting people on their site. Some are just too busy with life to drop by as much as they used to, or would like to. Lastly, the spring is arriving quickly and some are out riding instead of posting/reading.

I know I personally have been in a bit of a funk with this weather. Sick of shoveling snow and sick of -20 temps. Stopped in to my local bike shop today to pick up a part the Busa and looked at some sweet BMW's. They still have a 2013 yellow Busa on the floor too. Man I love that color. I am getting excited about riding again. I hope traffic will pick up.

I have a hard time posting a lot since I just got a 2012 last year. I don't know enough about the bike to post too much in the way of helpful advice. I find myself logging every few days and reading, but not doing a lot of posting.

People move on, do other things. Bikes were my whole life for ten years, I made some great friends on here. Then my head-on collision happened and things changed. I have no desire for a bike anymore and I went back to my hotrods. I'm a motorcycle tech, so I ride almost everyday.

Social media has a bunch to do with it i'm sure.. Lets just say F facebook. :p i refuse its pull.

Some of the threads involving politics ran a bunch of folks off, less than welcoming.

And that whole bike not changing that much.

But theres good peeps here. Though i am going to start wearing latex gloves when i post due to the Herpes outbreak.
