How are they rated? Any problems?

Vance & Hines rated them at over 500 hp. I cannot run my Billet Cam chain guide with a roller chain conversion. I never had a problem with the cam chain,only the stock top cam chain guide.

Iam looking at fitting up a dry system for now but want to up grade to a wet later.

Yes you can. It can be fully installed and cap of one of the jet fittings.
