It's a mixture of weather altering chemicals, materials to block certain light spectrums, and others that are good for soft holograms.
There is Alot of scientic info on this subject.
I also see it regulary and have for years.
The critics say that it is a simple condensation trail from the jet engines, and of course that is true when atmospheric conditions are correct.
However, on dry days, with clear blue skys, and I watch multiple jets that are taking off within minutes of each other, and are only a few miles apart...when non are leaving con-trails, then suddenly one is, and then no others...you know it's a chemical spray.
Con-trails also don't linger for hours and spread out into a haze.
This was once all 'conspiracy nonsense', but now there is alot of public information on it all.

What there seems to be is a mixture of opinions, some stated as facts that are all over the place. What can be believed? And in any case, why are we paying the Air Force to fly dozens of these huge planes daily which have (apparently) no other function than to spray whatever they’re spraying into the sky above? Must be a boring azz job for the pilots.
