Iron Maiden - Tour Dates

Don't even go there....We looked into tickets but they are WAY outta our price range at the moment. I think the cheapest we found was over 200 bux, may have been 300. We wanted to take our youngest child who is almost 16 but that's not gonna happen now. :(

Do you know what they call their plane?....Ed Force One

thats too bad if you can swing it you should take your youngest, he wont froget it:thumbsup:

BoB direct tv as I mentioned has a channel called Palladia.
It is all music oriented and plays live concerts in HD. The sound and picture is awesome.
They have the Maiden movie now '2008 Somewhere in Time, tour' on. It's like 90 minutes and each song it shows them flying into all cities around the world. One will be in Tokyo and Another in LA.
In the middle it has little bits of them taking and one scene shows him piloting the plane. Then right after he comes out waving Brit flag acting all crazy. You wouldn't think this guy could fly that unless you saw it yourself.

After that they had on 'The Life of Lemmy'. A great insight into this guys life and music.
You should see his apt! Tiny place piled high with trinkets. Guys a hoarder for sure.
Talks about sharing girlfriends with his son and swapping them. Really cool

If we can we will. We took him to Disturbed last year and this would have been icing on the cake!

heres a little info for you flying buff's

Bruce Dickinson, lead singer of IRON MAIDEN has a huge passion for flying -- so much so that he is a Commercial Airline Captain and a talented originator -- devising an ingenious method of converting a Boeing 757 to allow him, the band, their crew and tons of equipment to tour three times around the world in their customised plane 'Ed Force One', call sign 'Flight 666'.

Not content with just entertaining fans on the ground, Bruce then instigated a series of highly acclaimed 'Bruce Air Flight 666' excursions, filling the plane with fans and personally flying them to and from various IRON MAIDEN concerts around Europe.

Having recently set up his own professional Aviation Training Business, Bruce is now giving his fans first call on the opportunity of experiencing the skills and thrills of flying first hand by joining him for a training session in a state of the art Boeing 737 flight simulator based at London's Heathrow Airport!

Announcing that members of the Iron Maiden Fan Club will get first access to this unique opportunity, Bruce commented, "I can't wait to sit in the simulator with fans and share the buzz of what it is really like to fly a modern passenger jet such as Flight 666 and all the challenges that entails".
