Oh I do a fare share of praying as well. See I'm more scared of not making the mortgage than I would have been of being scalped by Indians whom I was trading with.

ummm lets see... claustrophobic, umm public speaking.. cant do it, just freeze up... and being put in a vegitative state or losing the use of my arms... legs i could deal with but not arms.... clowns and some spiders give me the jibblies, but i wouldnt say i fear them

I can't do heights. I can get by with things like being on the house roof, and can even handle some roller coasters, but anything really up there, or on an edge looking down, and vertigo hits big time. Dunno if you could actually call that a "fear", almost more of a physical, "get dizzy and pass out" type of thing.
I have concerns of course, job loss being the main one. But, not really anything I could call an ongoing "fear".

Yes HillbillyTom, thats about how I am with heights...don`t really bother me till I get high enough up to where if I were to fall "yep, I`m a gone er"..I know it`s mental for me, after awhile at height when I don`t dwell on it I`m ok.
PocketRocket, if I was in the water and see that...I`d be scared a sharks too!

I enjoy this topic alot!!! excellent thread!!
i would have to say i have 3 fears on this planet...First and formost is bees,wasps,mudobbers,etc. I am deathly allergic to them and have had only one encounter with them and i lost badly...Had to be revived etc.

The second fear i have is needles! I am so terrified of them i pass out just from the site of them. I dunno why they bug me so much but they do...kinda make carrying an epi a funny thing for me as i cant stick myself with it anyway!

The final thing i am scared of is riding my busa. I have been riding for almost 30 years. I feel comfortable for the most part...same as anyone i guess....but at times i think what the hell am i doing on this thing.....This i think is a healthy fear that keeps me on my toes and keeps me alert.

A note to all you spider haters and snake haters...just buzz me i fear no snake or spider...but if its bees it your turn to help me out!!! deal??

Spiders - not much else.. and you could imagine my suprise when we happened upon this monster here in our Fitness Center... one of my guys swept it up in a dustpan and dropped it on the Front Counter! I was alittle fired up!!
