I refer to mine as a “L2” sometimes when I’m talking to people who are pretty familiar with sportbikes and supersportsNow ur talking like tonto, ‘L2 a nice road bike’. You call your Gen2 an L2?

Lol Yellow! I like that!I was just mentioning this to my wife this evening when we heard a new Harley being revved at a light...she said "is something wrong with that bike?" I said "yes, the rider"
It's actually sore today...it even bothered me when I was working out....I may have to get it checked out..Sounds like immature kids! Your elbow gonna be alright?

Hi Matty , yes they are Brembo RCS master cylinders , and the levers are the RCS , but at the lever crash / pivot , they are refitted with AEM carbon levers .Got a question Toad, are those aftermarket clutch and brake levers?
Pretty simple really Terry mate , 2010 model changed to L and the year = 0 , so L0 . The 2011 = L1 , 2012 = L2 etc. Yours was a K 6 ?? I think , the first Gen 2 was K8 / 2008 , the 09 K9 . Just Suzuki factory model designation .What am I missing? How is it called an L2? What’s the L for?

Don't know why , but the GSXR1000 is treated the same by factory designation , I guess it makes parts etc. easier for storage and production of model difference , in 1000's case anyway , not so much the long run little changed Busa .Thanks mate, didn’t know that. Wonder why they changed it in 2010 instead of following the K8 and so on.
You sir, are hurting my wallet! Those are awesome and I would love a set for my brembo MCs as well.Hi Matty , yes they are Brembo RCS master cylinders , and the levers are the RCS , but at the lever crash / pivot , they are refitted with AEM carbon levers .View attachment 1585088

Beautiful bike brother! Nice touch!Getting ready to rain down here, like every afternoon, so I took advantage of the clouds to back her out and clean it a bit. I forgot how comfortable this bigger corbin seat is compared to the corbin on the gsxr tail conversion kit. She no longer has a personally disorder with her OEM rear end back on.
