What did you do to your Gen 3 today?

Made a hump pad. Keep in mind I had to look up a video to figure out how to sew lol. This took me about 5 hours. The wood was a cedar 4x4 and I used some stretchy leathery looking material and padding I had lying around from years ago. The wood in the pics is before I sanded all the edges.

Well made, not pretty on the bike overall, but I think efficient. As long as you are happy with it.

swapped to worlds wide, stocks are in good shape
Oh, I thought perhaps the OEM bearings were failing already...

What is the difference between the two sets of bearings? Are the World's Wide bearings ceramic?

Bought a set of the ceramic bearings, and new sprockets too. Waiting for a tire change to put them on. I prefer steel sprockets put on the same time as a new chain for durability. I'm a little worried as I haven't heard much on the Forum about doing a hybrid rear. And there was some initial confusion about whether the supersprox would go on the 22. Has anyone else used this rear hybrid sprocket? I think the American web page said it wouldn't fit but the British one said it would...
* I actually and deliberately bumped up to 44 teeth. Hoping to get a little goose out of the corners...

I believe @pashnit uses or has used them and he rides the wheels off his bike so that is a good testament to how they are.

I have an all steel Supersprox and it is awesome...even though it's steel, it is lighter than the stock one.
