I have a new Dunlop Q3+ front tire for the Gsxr1000R(about 1k miles on a Q3+ rear I put on a few months ago).
Stock size 120/70/17
My friend got it from the local dealer for $142 after tax, which was cheaper than anywhere online.
I'm taking a Q4 off, which was great, has around 2500 miles, with a little life left, and some cupping, which is too be expected from it's use.
I liked the previous Q3+ on this bike, vs the Q4, but no complaints about either.
Anyway, the Rabaconda tire changer makes this quick and easy.
I have a 90° valve stem for it, and will static balance it on my Redline stand, as I have done many, always with glass smoothness to top speed.
I spent alot of time organizing my workspace in my basement tonight.
I moved 3 months ago, and got a 12'x20" shed last week, so finally starting to get things in order.
I have six, 2'x4' led panels to put up, and will be getting more, so a work in progress.
And yes, my rug IS dope.
I'll mount and balance the tire tomorrow, and reinstall the wheel.
Everything is ready to go...except me, lol.
