NO on the other missing fairings with stubby factory pipes, get the one with the YOSH.

All right; that's the one I was leaning towards.

"2008 Hayabusa that has been rebuilt on a straight frame in 2010". Doesn't say the frame is a 2010, just rebuilt on a straight frame in 2010. I see a couple of red flags here.....1)purchased without fairings; 2)transmission rebuilt with < 7K miles. Makes me suspect this bike was ridden hard and put away wet.....a beater.

Yes, sir I beat the crap out of mine and downshift using motor braking, got over 30K miles on her and no tranny issues.
