What full exhaust to get for a 2008

Hi, since this is my first Suzuki in 14years, I need some info from the Suzuki-experts.

What full exhaust should I get for my 2008 Busa.

I am looking for a smooth powercurve, rather than ultimate power.

Weight is also an issue, but in my experience titanium can crack, so I think I will go for a stainless system for reliability.

I would like to hear your opinions

Ps.
Has anyone found any dyno comparisons? Maybe this would be a good place to post them if and when they are available.

Titanium-sleeved canisters shouldn't be cracking.... it's full Ti headers that I have seen/heard of that can potentially crack, depending on quality and thickness. Titanium is exceptionally strong and light, but can be a touch brittle under certain manufacturing processes.

That said, I wouldn't have any qualms in scoring a full stainless header/Ti canister set-up. TiForce has a 4-2-1 set-up that has stainless headers/titanium-sleeve canister that is awesome.

Yup, you are right about that, it´s the headers that have a tendensy to crack, and that is ok for racing where every last bit of weight counts, but not on a street-bike IMO

That is what I whas thinking of doing, but a carbon sleeve will look good on a black busa

TiForce are known for quality exhaust, but tend to be top-end power orientaded at the cost of low-down grunt. Have you seen a dynografh?

The Alien heads look sweet to me! But I plan on waiting for the Dyno comparisons. Being married with kids I wanna make sure my money goes in the right direction the first time. If it the Alien heads......that's way cool. I can hang for a few months and wait for the information.

Brock Hindle!

Brock is looking like the Busa owners favorit. But it´s buildquality has been slated by some people, and compaired to Akrapovik, Arata, TiForce and such it does look kind of cheap IMHO.
Have you even looked at or owned a Brock system...?

I'm guessing NO because his is the best in the business. You will not find a better quality system for the price with customer service, AND PC maps included. There is simply no other company like his out there, PERIOD!

I haven't heard any real negatives about the Hindle build quality.... Brock Alien Head exhausts *are* Hindle, just built to Brock specs.

I have no doubt they are very good quality, just too loud for my needs (even with the noise reduction plug).

Yeah...carbon looks great on the black '08.

My bike is going to HMF today. They are using my bike to design there GenII pipe. I will most likely get a big bird when all is said and done.

I'll be running the Brock Alien head. Have the bike half torn down now, just needing the time to finish! Already have the Power Commander installed and Pair valve removed and will probably do the clutch mod and swap the oil pump gear while I have the plastic off, + change the oil. I would recommend anybody doing mods, to do all at once since the plastic is such a pain to remove.
