Hmm, let's see....

At home:
4 Servers (3 IBM, 1 HP)
7 PCs
2 Laptops

At work, well... 50+ IBM servers and a buncha laptops and desktops scattered all over the planet!

Once you go Mac, you NEVER go back!

Switched about two years ago, don't have to worry about spyware, viruses, adware, etc. Such a refreshing change.

Dual 1.8ghz G5
2GB DDR ram
2 x 250GB HD's
60GB iPod

viewed through a 24" Dell widescreen LCD display.

(have a PC still too...when it expires it's getting replaced with a Mac too!)

Except for my HP laptop, I've built every PC I've owned in the past 15 years. Build them for the office too. That way I get exactly what I want.

At home it's a dual Athelon system.

hPCompaq nc6000 and an old Thinkpad X20. (I have a couple of homebuilt machines for the rest of the family as well.)

My bro just went to work from HP to Apple... more money - doesn't like the applications on Mac. He's really struggling with it. I thought he'd convert over. lol...

VaBusa - DBA of what - Oracle, SQL, Sybase, what? just curious.

I use 3 home built pcs.

who wants to use an apple product..... wait is the ipod made by apple

I'm guessing, 'cause a lot of the guys that create viruses are out to get Gates/Microsoft and associated bits 'n pieces.
that and Mac's unix based OS doesn't lend itself to corruption as easily as windows. On top of that alot of viruses are created by pimply faced columbine wannabes that are looking to cause as much trouble as possible, so they would rather create a virus that affects over 90% of the market share.
