got off my lazy a$$ an' repaired it. Clogged screen in the fuel pump. When I cured the 2000 fuel pump of its ill's a couple years ago, I thought I had removed this screen as well. I hadn't. I did remove the paper filter at the other end thou.
So, this may be a fix for some of you who have the same type of symptoms.
It took an' hour,some cleaner(dont use carb cleaner,its too corrosive)and a toothbrush.
If you want to attempt this, I'd be happy to walk you thru it. You wanna be carefull,especially if you want to re-use some of the gaskets.(not recommened).
