The gen3 hype.
I think Suzuki was smart to wait many years before revamping the gen2. Great news!!!
Besides all the nice new electronics, I don’t hold my breath for miracles though.
The H2 bone stock does the 1/4 in 9.8, the Hayabusa achieved that more than 20 years ago. Where there is an opportunity is how quick it can reach the 300km/h speed restriction speed. That is where the gen2 lacked against the competition. Physics limit the amount of power we can manage at the back wheel in acceleration and that is somewhat below 200hp for a stock street bike.
The 1k bikes will still be king on the track.
If I was 15 years younger, I would run and grab a gen3 as soon as I could, but I’m not. The gen2 is a lot of bike, I will probably stick with it.
