What synthetic oil is recommended?

Is the oil filter different for a 2008 compared to a 1999 - 2007. I went to a website for buy Amsoil oil and filter and did not see a filter listed for the 2008.

no sorry, my brother just became a amsoil dealer & we got a case & filter for free.he got one for the hot rod & he gave me one for the bikes.anything else you would like to throw in 2 cents on?
