Any Techniques For the Front and rear?

The Manual call for a real special tool ($$$)

thanks

I did mine and to take them out I used a punch and hammer. On the rear you can push the the spacer that is between the bearings to the side and use the punch to drive on that spacer to push the bearing out then flip the wheel over and drive the other one out. This may damage the inside of that spacer but you can use a dremel to clean up the bur. The front is about the same. I used new bearings and seals when I put back together

OK I got the Back wheel using a 22mm socket...easy! No damage at all.

The front I got the outer seals off with a screwdriver...but I cannot figure out how to remove those bearings? This one doesn't seem to have the insert like the back ones.

Anybody?

Nevermind.... I got it!

Score one for DENWA!

Next question is where do I get new outer seals from? Will the bearing shops have those?
