I see some of ur guys got ur busa flashed.
Which brand has the best ecu flashing service? I probably gonna do a mail in ecu flash.
My budget is around 200bucks
Guys, where did u get ur bike ecu flashed?

I had mine done at Moore Mafia, Chris Moore and I spoke, and I sent them a letter of what I had done to the bike and they made all the adjustments, and the tune was spot on for a flash.

How much does it cost

Which one is better Schnitz Racing only 200bucks while moore mafia needs 345 bucks lol

I installed the flash ECU prior to the trip to Sturgis. My first 50 miles on the motor hard break in was on factory tune. The second 50 miles was on the Chris Moore tune and it was discernibly different.

I initially did the flash, because I didn't have the time to install the Woolwich which I had bought.

If you do the Woolwich route, then get a Dyno tune, and a lot more specific detail in your tune.

Then again, if you get the flash, for most average reasons, the motor is just gonna run better. They do a nice job.

So ur sayin different brand's ecu flash are quite different in terms of performance increase which leads to different price.

The problem i have is that we don't have dyno machine here. So I decide to mail my ecu to who ever can do a proper ecu flash for me.
Such as moore mafia for 345usd and snitzch Racing for 200usd. I'm just very surprised that the price is very different.

I sent mine to Moore Mafia as I figured he and his team flash and dyno tune a lot of Hayabusas so they would have it down to a science by now...

They have collected a lot of data and can flash tune an ECU based on this getting the perimeters pretty darned close to what they need to be.

It wasn't inexpensive but most things aren't these days...

It's just my opinion, but I believe Mr. Moore has done much more research in his off-the-shelf flash than Schnitz has. A generic flashes is a generic flash.

If you don't like the initial flash, they'll redo it. No questions asked. Plus they give you a discount on future flashes in case you change something else.

I was very simple at the onset. This is before I did all the painting, mods, and details. I was simply looking for something with a legitimate amount of tune that would get me from Vegas to Sturgis without rich running, timing retard, and other factory over-compensations. Timing, air fuel ratio adjustments, limiter adjustments, were all desired.

The woolich will go on when I install the forced induction. I wanted a better daily tune in the meantime. It ran excellent. Like I said, you could feel the difference between the first fifty break-in miles, and the second fifty miles, and all I did was flash the ecu, delete the pair, and install the full exhaust.

The throttle became butter smooth, the power was aggressive when needed, and the ignition timing felt spot on.

Runs great.

PS the fuel economy didn't change a bit. Might've been a little better.

2 Wheel Dyno works is the TOP. They do the best all around ecu flash I've seen. They did my FZ-10 and transformed that bike into what it should've been from the factory. Moore I've heard, and it makes sense, is more of a drag tune. They have some videos up on Youtube if you want to see what they're about. An ecu fash is $350 and they will reflash your ecu for free if you make any mods that would require a new tune. Like you go from slip-ons to a full exhaust for example.

^^^^^^
Over my dead body if I cannot do it myself.

And if I have a pipe, after the flash, if I don't get over 50mpg riding easy, will go back to see where I screwed up.

Ok was just wondering I had a friend refer me to them.. I’ve already talked with Nate he seems pretty knowledgeable and does a great job from what I hear.. I should be sending mine soon as well
Yeah Nate is a good dude. He was very helpful with my FZ10 since that was my first ECU flash. I was used to the old Power Commander 3 days of ecu control lol.

Five of my busa friends, we bought aone BTMoto handheld tunner together which cost us nearly 1000usd including the tax to arrive my country. We thought we can flash everyone's busa with one device...... Dammit we made a stupid mistake... After contacting customer support, we realise one device one bike......

Thanks for the advice. Very appreciated

You should wait on the flash until you figure out what your final exhaust will be. Moore Mafia can then match the tune to that exhaust.
- I recommend paying extra for the pops and bangs, but I requested it to be mild. Came out perfect. About 1/3 of the time, you'll get a really great growl and sputter when you are downshifting and passing people. Not sure other tuners offer the same thing.
-Mine was an early one for the Yosh AT2, and in first gear in the twisties, the fuel map can be a little Twitchy. I've gotten used to it but I'd be nervous about loaning the bike to anybody. I'm sure he would smooth it out if I send it back but I'm too lazy.
