I am jealous of seeing these amazing posts of you guys riding. Commuting almost 900 miles a week in heavy traffic leaves me exhausted by the time the weekend comes. I've done short 10 miles to the local park and back home. Really miss doing long trips on the bike.
That's the plan but won't be a possibility until beginning of next year. Can't wait for that day. Can’t you move closer?

Luckily i don't have to pay for labor on car maintenance as i can do it myself. But gas prices, parts costs and tolls add up quickly. I work in downtown DC so have to deal with traffic leaving the city, then deal with traffic on the highway passing through Baltimore.Good luck! I had a 500 mile per week commute for years. Many tires, brakes and cars not to mention the cost of fuel and the time wasted in traffic. Moving closer for me was expensive until I figured the cost of not moving was about the same.
Yes Margaret is quiet tall especially with her boots lol . 10 years ago she was 140 lb before the boyYour boy sure is a chip off the ol' block Bryan, same choice of footwear too lol.
Man your ex is a big ol' gal ain't she? 6ft, taller than most men.

Got off the phone with a former colleague who just got rid of his ZX10R and bought a Triumph 900 Rally Pro. He and a few of his friends are going to start riding more logging roads and back country...he said he got sick and tired of always being cognizant of his speed and where other cars were all the time.Out getting the boy from Bastrop TX.

There's many here doing the same. Many have ditched sports /sport tourers and gone for the adv style. More fun, less speed so I'm told.Got off the phone with a former colleague who just got rid of his ZX10R and bought a Triumph 900 Rally Pro. I guess 4 of them went to the Triumph dealer last week and almost cleaned them out of Adv bikes
Aside from moving to California your cost of living will decrease moving to most other areas for sureLuckily i don't have to pay for labor on car maintenance as i can do it myself. View attachment 1638207nope.........not pic of me today.........just me wishing I was riding Deal's Gap
324 mile skirmish in Oklahoma instead......a few sweeping turns with a lot of high speed straights................Great weather, mid 80's for July...........can't complain too much about that.
Me too,but they are about to be replaced with a Brock's Penta Carbon system.(9.4 lbs).I like the look of twin cans on a Busa.
I agree, they do balance out the bike pretty well...I like the look of twin cans on a Busa.
I will be the odd one and say I prefer the single can. Makes it easier to clean the chain and looks less bulky.I like the look of twin cans on a Busa.
Why not go with the Meg CT - (9.15lbs)?Me too,but they are about to be replaced with a Brock's Penta Carbon system.(9.4 lbs).
That's why there are so many different things out there as everyone has their own tastes...I will be the odd one and say I prefer the single can. Makes it easier to clean the chain and looks less bulky.
Agreed. On my 09, i had brocks dual cans and liked it. Guess my taste changed over time lol. That's why there are so many different things out there as everyone has their own tastes...
I have a single pipe on mine and like it but I also like a good duel exhaust set up...one of our members has a set of duel Yoshimura Ti pipes on his bike that are pretty darned sexy if you ask me...
