Who whipped who in the UK?

No FK

the line was a grippy as an oil slick first thing, they only started swabbing in the afternoon. (by which time we had all drunk so much coffee that we could have filled your Scottish valleys with lightly scented piss!! :D :D )

Mph's were high 132's, ET, you don't want to know!!!! (11.2 was my quickest, still stock bike!!) makes York look decidely quick, or something not quite right.......lights were different too. top white, and next white, the same, staging lights, then as soon as the last second white stayed on the 3 yellows and green were Fu*king quick!! took a few by suprise I can tell you!!

I would post slips but they are quite embarassing!!

Nuts ;)

High ET's with high mph. Seems no grip at launch, plenty after.

Was it proper tarmac or was it the same old Dambusters takeoff strip?

How many passes did you get in? Was it organised better?

If you guys do it again soon, I'll be there.
**** the clutch, you only live once!

I take it Pooh's bike is souped up.

Fearsome.

Yeah, Pooh has a few modifications!!!

track tarmac, very well organised compared to York, only thing they could improve would be the time slip collecting office!!!

Pooh was saying that they prep the track for proper events, leaving the tarmac like a sticky treacle pud. but for the commoners (i.e. us at RWYB) they leave all the rubber on the track and you squirm like a squirmy squirmer for the first 20 meters or so. No wheelies for me at the end of 1st this time. rest of the track is good. Loop road, back to the start is a M'Way compared to York!!!!

Was a wind, started blowing acroos the track in the morning, but seemed to shift face on later. don't think it made much difference to times though.

Gasabusa would be better qualified and experienced to answer this.

Nuts ;)

Yeah, she has a few mods, the normal stuff ie pipe, air box,PCII and clutch. One top of that she has the hi comp pistons (12:5.1) and a quickshifter, although gasa didn't use it for his runs.....flash git :)

That's the first time I've seen the track that bad at a RWYB, normally it's always very good at Santa Pod - may be they are cutting back these days? In the past I've not even had to reduce tyre pressures to get grip the surface is that good.

There was nothing that quick (ie under 8's) there maybe that's why they weren't bothering with the track? Normally a few of the big boys are shaking down at RWYBs.

I hope that's a one off or I'll be very pished off!
