I dont remember seeing exoticsportbike.com anywhere. i missed something. but the video on the link you posted IS a cannon. The cannons are louder than the spec II I dont know if its anymore hp or not cause they are for the 08's so i dont think anyone has done any back to back dynos with spec2 vs cannon. I like the sound of the cannon better than mine though.

this is my sound clip. Speaker dont do it justice though.

where's his banner?
also my shop hasn't done this type b4.
i understand some cutting wll be required to make the fit.
what's he got to look forward to?
any tips?
thanks again, and great pics there:bowdown:

Absolutely no cutting, jostling or bending to make these pipes fit. Outstanding quality of finish and fit like a glove. Link to my install, easy and clean. One word of advice though, stay away from the Factory Pro velocity stacks...didn't do anything for me but that's another story. +1 on getting a good custom map, you will definetly need a PCIII to get maximum benefit.

+1 GPW will hook you up , Greg sold me a Full Tsukigi Spec 2 Titanium Exhaust and sent it to Jet Hot & coated it inside & out. That system makes Great HP & Trq #'s. Keep in mind though, Your pipe and mods are only as good as the tuner that does the work.

That is one nasty looking black Busa!

I have a full Full Stainless w/ Oval Can Tsukigi Spec-II I was lucky to win on a raffe over on ExtremeBusa.com the best upgrade I have done to the bike love the sound and extra performance. I also at same time did PC III USB, Pipercross Race Filter, 4 OEM Long Stacks and P.A.I.R. Block-offs and a custom map from Quasar. Have not had the funds to get a custom tune at local tuner with a Dyno but extremely happy the way it is running now.

the tsukigi's on!

there WAS plenty of trimming necessary to the bellypan.
the exoticsportbike deal i referred to in the earlier post...
they had the order for about 2 weeks and didn't send the pipe.
then i call star, and they agreed to match the price, i tell the shop.
same bs. the pipe wasn't shipped in a timely manner.
then my shop calls schnitz. finally they sent me the pipe.
i got it INSTALLED for $1080!
the shop owner was PISSED he didn't make much money off the deal.
i ragged him "damn that internet"

that's about what i paid from schnitz.
oval titanium with stainles scollector $968 del.
installed $1080:thumbsup:
the shop was pissed he didn't make any $ from the pipe.
"damn internet" i told him:laugh:

I'd be pissed they didn't install it right! Your exhaust is a very tight fit,but needs to be installed correctly, which they didn't. Even Tsukigi rep said on cutting is needed on your plastics in your other thread. Anyone can tighten a bolt or nut,but in what order is taught. Good luck with which ever path you take with the shop.

All of our pipes are built with jig's. if the pipe is installed correctly there will not be any fitment issues. Shops get in a big hurry and don't pay attention to detail. I know for a fact because my buddy's suszuki dealership had problems installing a pipe....bet the mechanic $100 it would fit....after taking it off and installing it correctly I had a extra $100 in my pocket! Here is a trick no matter what exhaust system you install....hang everything loose....start from the back and go to the front when tightening.

not a lot i can do about the bellypan. it's on, guess i gotta live with it.
i'm running outta shops that haven't screwed me or my bike:banghead:
pipe still looks killer though

It is a tight fit on the 99-2007 Hayabusa removing the belly pan really makes it an easier install. Use of cold tape in on the inner fairings is a very good thing to do with the Spec II systems. The merge collector is big, as well as the tubing, thats why it makes really good power.

The 2008's and on seem to be perfect.
