I'd be pissed they didn't install it right! Your exhaust is a very tight fit,but needs to be installed correctly,which they didn't. Even Tsukigi rep said on cutting is needed on your plastics in your other thread. Anyone can tighten a bolt or nut,but in what order is taught. Good luck with which ever path you take with the shop.
