I'm always ready for a ride, but the closest thing to camping I do is a hotel room.

Shower and a Comfie BED after a day of riding

Camping to me is no room service after 10:00 PM!

I gotta put in my vote for Eureka as well, and not just cause Im close by, but quite simply some of the best riding in AR is there.

Two members out of what 268 hits..... We are making progress! All joking aside, keep the suggestions coming! This will take place and I'm looking forward once again to hooking up with members from the site! I'm with everyone who likes Hotels/Motels... But with adult type beverages Camping will work.

Voting for Eureka Springs, not because I live about 40 miles away, but because there are rides available for all skill levels and they love bikers.  Moondog, Sorry bro, gotta add a veto vote to Branson, that place if nucking futts.

I 2nd the Eureka Springs area. great roads and scenery. Scenic hwy 7 to Hot Springs is a must see. Some of the best motorcycle roads in the midwest !!! I make Eureka Springs and hwy 7 every year. Stay at Point West resort on beaver lake, just outside of Eureka Springs. Nice lake view.

Eureka Sprins or Lake of the Ozark sounds good. In Sept. be nice.. Gotta save back up some vacation time after Busa bash and the company shut down in July.

I'm originally from Denver and dearly love the state. However, I was soooo disappointed with the way the bike ran in Copper Mountain (9500') compared to Arkansas. If you highlanders have never experienced a busa at 1000' elevation, you have noooo idea what this beast is capable of.....it's nothing short of unbelievable. Down here, you HAVE to respect first gear or it will put you on your a$$. In Copper, even with 42t on the rear I found myself able to launch as hard as I could with no worries. Whole new ballgame....I think you'll like it!

i am just thinkin that illinois or iowa has alot of cool country roads to travel and it is hard for me to arrange the time off of work

I like the Davenport, Iowa idea. Of course, I am only around 60 miles N of there.

Eureka Springs sounds the best. Remember we have people from Dallas, Houston and New Orleans who might want to come. Dallas is about 450, Houston 550 and the same for New Orleans. So, somewhere around 550 as the furtherest for our members sound good. And for our Northern buddies, Minneapolis is around 570

I know the Blackbird guys got together their last year and are going to make is an annual place ! Yea, I know, I got a wayward friend

Maybe we should have a post as to where we're coming from so we can see the most centeral Place. Of course all I know, is EVERYTHING North of me is FLAT and STRAIGHT
