Bill is a really good guy I don't think there is anyone that could say something to the contrary.

My guess is that he's probably running in the 22-28lbs range of boost. I'm only guessing though.

nope, it's just part of the frontal area. If I put my hand flat into the wind vs flat in the wind with a nickel in the plam of my hand there's no change to the aero's
