Will suzuki be making any upgrades on 2013?

2013 Kawi ZX14R GOT THE ABS!!!!!! (In Canada)

Kawasaki guys are also holding "Ninja Times Square Takeover" on Sept. 13, 2012, where they would be debuting the newest kawasaki motorcycles - probably, also, showing off the new ZX14R-ABS US version. I really wish that suzuki comes up with 2013 Superbusa NOW!!!

I am a big-time hayabusa fan since I was 6 or 7.....and now that I have enough experience (I have ridden 250cc bike for four years and 750cc bike for two years now) AND money to buy one, busa is no longer the king, the number one!! :'( It's so disheartening! We already have s1000rr hp4 in market for 2013 (hopefully, for it would be available in Canada too ), and now, this...zx14r ABS.

Busa is still one of the best bikes in the world, but if I am going to spend my 20 grand, then I better buy the best available motorcycle in market at the time.

I know I am not going to ride any of those bikes past legal speed limits on roads; but still I would probably buy a 2013 s1000rr hp4 (if suzuki doesn't come up with a new busa) as I am not planning to change motorcycle any time immediately after I buy one in 2013 (money matters, can't change the bike every two years ).

Anyway, I would still really want to own a busa and I really wish suzuki comes up with some new tweaks sonner-than-later!!

So.....I was wondering if I can get any suggestions regarding what motorcycle I should spend my 20 grands on!! (I've three in mind, hayabusa, zx14r, s1000rr hp4)......I know it's a hayabusa forum and being a big hayabusa fan myself, it's little difficult to give an honest opinion....but I have been honest myself telling you that I don't ride past legal limits on streets...and I ride mostly on the streets and for fun only! Therefore, I am sure that everyone here is cool enough for giving their honest opinion!!

I'm okay with just a brake upgrade . Let's face it,the Hayabusa has more power than any of us could ever use . I've been riding 'Busa's since '07 and only once taken it above 100mph . It was 150,one time and by accident . At least they are not doing a "new colors for 2013" . I think the GenII is a well sorted out machine with the exception of the brakes . But that's my opinion .

They gave it abs and Brembo's to keep it semi-current, and make it a (hopefully) viable buying option. Kind of a way to make it seem like its keeping up without having to spend big money on a redesign now. That could either mean they are throwing the public a bone before the next gen thats coming, or their comfortable continuing to refine it as is. I think its already a great bike and the abs and Brembo's just make it better
If they raise the price up anymore tho, or price it too close to the 14R they'll hurt sales.
