At work today. I find out.(work in bodyshop) The old manger-estimator was layed off-fired a while ago. Is trying to bring in the painter from the past shop he just came from. Saying he will do my job for 3 dollars less an hour. That is some bull sh@# guy acts like he is your friend and does that sh#@$!! At least I found out my boss-owner said there is no way he would fire me loves my work.Want to walk up to manger and check his a$$ for that sh#$. What would all you guys do? On my way home I'd stop and pick up a couple of Groceries.
Then once there, I'd look at the power bill, and be damn happy I had a job to pay them.

Stick with the "boss-owner". I sounds like he knows that quality work counts.
I guess the manager is into saving a buck over quality and service... the boss notices that stuff and it'll work out.
That dude is not your friend and he's sure not a manager, I'd keep clear and concentrate to keep the owner happy.
