Anyway, here is little tidbit for those of you who didn't know (or are interested)...
Rippah facts:
I am 37 years old...
The last time I ran for any distance was in the 8th grade...
The longest distance I have ever run in my entire life was 5 miles in Jr. High Cross Country...
I am now running 3.5 miles every other day in training for this event...
I plan to climb Mt. Rainier (14,412 feet) in May 2005 and this training will help greatly!
