If somebody shot at me....I'd be on that throttle so hard the front tire would never even touch the ground.

Either way, the trial starts tomarrow!

Read the entire post and seems Florida has a 10-20-life law? According the biker, using a firearm is one hit (10 years) then firing it makes it 20 years...and he has two counts against him. 40 years in prision on somebody who's allready in his 40's...ya, I'd like life, but I'd say thats pretty darn close enough.

I'll definitly be keeping track of this one as the days progress.

I ride in that area all the time. There's a spot called "9 turns" around there which I frequently visit.

Screw jail. Drop him off at a local bike meet and tell the riders what he had done. We'll take it from there ...

Can't wait to see how things turn out. I think this is going to be a "two sides to every story" scenerio.
The guy is obviously full of shid when it comes to running on a flat front tire and I can't believe nobody over there called him on that.

the very reason I always carry a glock because if some sh*t like that goes down, I'm gonna light em up and be done with it. On to reality, the story is fishy and the 150mph on a flat front tire makes the guys story suspect.

I'm callin' BS on the 150mph with a flat front tire. Especially one with a bullet damage riding 2 up! He'd be dead from the tank slapper that would have come into play. Everything else is quasi believable.
