Wrecked my Busa today

Good to hear that you are okay. Crash stories always freak me out. I even hate when my wife tells me to be careful before I go out to ride. I feel as if she is jinxing me. Once again, glad you're okay.
 
Sounds like a situation in which an inexperienced rider was riding to close to you. :banghead:
Either way it sucks and we are glad you are ok. Get your whip fixed and jump back in the saddle.
 
How fast were you going when all this happened? Any time you wreck and you can still ride the bike it's a win in my book.
 
I was riding with 8 others. Funny thing is that my buddy called me today at lunch and told me that the guy I think hit me is buying me a new upper fairing.
 
I think that we were around 180 or so. I do realize how stupid that was know. I know this does not make it any better but we both had our own lanes and no traffic coming up. I can promise you that I will never do it again. That is why we have tracks to go to.
 
wow! crazy story and i am glad you made it out alright. i am sure that dude is feelin' pretty sh!tty realizing that he almost took you out permanently.
 
180?! You must have gotten that thing slowed down pretty well before everything went south. That fast of a get off with such little damage to you and the bike is amazing. Somebody was looking out for you...
 
A harrowing tale. Glad to see you learned something from it, and moreover, that you're alive to tell the story. Hopefully someone else can gather something from it, as well.
