Wyoming eases up on gun owners, criminals having a hard time robbing people.

Wyoming has allowed for citizens to conceal carry with out a permit. criminals seem to be having a hard time with the new law.
for the 2nd time in a few months robberies have been thwarted by law abiding, gun carrying, citizens, of good ol Wyoming.

we had a shoot-out in the gas station parking lot across the street from my store last night...oh yeah, i live in the one state that doesn't allow honest people to carry (Illinois) but there aren't many of those around so most have guns anyway
