Hi. They burn untill they who knows people were no around than you have to be ready for thing that may happen. CA had a plan to save fish but not fight fires it looks like. Do you have a plan? Am I an idot because we have a plan? I live in New England the land is not like CA. We do have no burn times and some of the streams get low the lakes of Lakevill get low by a few feet. We work with the Fire deptment to help keep the fire roads clear. We use wood to heat the house and for hot water. We use sola for elect too. We have 2 ponds 1 that we made we grow ctanberries. We have 1 brook that feedes the lakes and 1 natural spring cold clean water. We get all our water from are 200+ ft well. We have 57 acres and more than 1500+ behind us. We also do not have any trees close to the house. I think I think the people incharge oc CA are the idiots.

It's very plain to see how the US engaged in an internal civil war in it's history.......it sure wouldn't take to much to spark one with the anger and hatred towards each other that is thinly veiled beneath the surface.

Politics has really divided the US even in the face of this huge disaster in LA.......

At this point, it doesn't matter what started it or if there were enough resources to fight it, all that matters now is the people affected are taken care of and those that were lost are mourned......

It also shows just how fast media of any sort can rile people up to the point of being unable to remain objective.

Do you have a plan to change the frigid cold in Mass? No? Go to California, especially northern Cali, and explain to me what plan you would put in place to stop the fires. It's easy to be an armrest expert on things until you really see what you're up against.
BTW, I don't think you're an idiot but you really should pay attention to spellcheck.

Hi. Well our plan is to keep the fire rodes clear so fire trucks can get through. They can also hook up to our well too. Will it work we do not know but it is better than nothing. They could have cleaned up as much dead wood as they could. What they tried to save some fish? But now lookat all the other wild life that are dead now! And people too. It looks to me as they ---- up real good. And people should be fired. Everything should be looked at too and make the best plan that they can. We can never beat nature but do the best as we can.
I am out in all kinds of weather wind rain storms snow storms.Cutting up trees that fall across the streets. We help keep all the roades clear so fire and rescue vehicles can get throught. Have we saved a life I do not know.

HI. We have never had a big fire. Is it because what we do I do not know. On our land into the woods that we do not own there is a iron ore vane that runs under ground you could fallow it by the lighten strikes on the trees. We have small fires nothing big because the fire trucks can get to them. Have you ever fought a fire? I have helped. I am no expert never went fire fighting school. I helped run hoses to a stream and they pumped out the water for the fire. Wster in yhe woods is the big problem

Or I could see Ca require all homes have a swimming pool, properly sized to the house size, and require they all have high capacity water pumps and hoses to use to put out their own fires? Of course accompanied by regular inspections.
