2 maybe 3 riders down this week... Bash 09

WTH is going on over there::11

Is this normal for Bash??? Or is this where the title for the event came from:poke:

Glad everyone is ok but take it easy out there. How about some pics of the good times being had:cheerleader:

Jeez...be careful out there folks....and please, some one explain the GSXR in the river story in greater detail.

I cant get over Brendan's Gixxer in the water like that........it doesn't even seem real looking at the pictures.

Glad you are ok Brendan......

Yo Brendan....I hear the Gixxer is running.....AWESOME. Hows the left side? Cuz the right side looked ok....

Alright look here now. You all are awesome and made me get my bike because of your commitment and safety. No more accidents please. Not to be funny or anything but maybe you should have a safety stand down. Just a refresher. While in the navy everytime we had some bad accidents we started having all these safety stand downs. It helped. I need you all to be safe so that I will have someone to go with to the fall bash.

just gotta ask... Was the gsxr damaged bad? it looks pretty unscathed from the photos, besides the obvious water logged stuff. Glad noone was seriously hurt, other than pride.

It is running again:thumbsup:

BrendanP (forever and hereafter known as AQUAMAN): I leave and you decide to use that Gixxer as fish bait...gotta tell ya buddy, here in the south we like a spinner bait or a worm! Seriously dude, glad you ok, and your pillion wasn't on there with ya.

Tufbusa told me tonight on the phone that they changed the oil about 3x in that Gixxer and apparently they think they've got it fixed....

Lastly, these road can bite you in the tail when you least expect it. I followed BrendanP and his wife most of Thursday (and I've got video of him and her getting it on a busa - he's dragging his knee and she's right there with him); in fact, I was following him, and the guy in the first wreck above was following me when he lost it. Brendan can flat ride; over in that area all it takes is just a tiny error to get hurt.

i agree with the safety stand downs

I was up there today and saw the black busa...he got out lucky I think. I was wondering where everyone was at...turns out they were fishing for gixxers in the creek. What kinda bait were you using cause it looks like you caught some. Anyway, yea guys, slow down a bit, the roads around here are fun at any speed and alot more fun when you're not spending your time ordering parts or fishing bikes outta the creek. I'll be back up there in the morning to make sure you guys havent beat up anymore bikes, lol. And watch out for those stupid ass S2000 drivers! I had 2 close calls on my way home!

Wow glad everyone is okay...If anybody needs a part while there give me a shout....I'll do a post bash discount on some parts if needed when you all return...Be Safe...
