2006 Hayabusa

Just wondering, I was a the Kawasaki dealer the other day and one of the salesman was saying that he was excited because Kawasaki would have to redo the ZX12 since the Hayabusa was getting a full makeover, just wondering if anyone has heard anything about this?

I heard suzuki was tired of the pressure involved in making the fastest production bike in the world. Therefore the 2006 hayabusa was going to be only 250 CC's and carry a sidecar....for safety reasons.

Personally I hope Suzuki Rests on their Laurels... Doesn't do anything. That way I can buy the New Blackbird without any sort of hestation...

The dealers can sometimes be the most uninformed of all. Just listen to some of the BS that comes out of the showroom floors when trying to buy, or get information on something

Did you see where the XX was the first to back up a 200 mph pass in the AMA/Prostar Streetbike Shootout class? Barry Henson was the first to make a 200 mph pass but failed to back it up with another run within 1% of the first run. Ken Stotz pulled it off with a 200.11 pass and a back up pass of 199.73... The King was beat to the punch by a... HONDA!!!
