Whats the hub-bub about the blackbird? They supposed to increase the engine size again or something?Don't forget the dual cupholders.
Personally I hope Suzuki Rests on their Laurels... Doesn't do anything. That way I can buy the New Blackbird without any sort of hestation...
Don't you think it'll be another zx-12? You really think someone can make something that can beat the busa with all the restrictions the motorcycle companies are self-imposing on themselves because the public is scared about 200 mph bikes?

The 2005 is the last year that the Busa will be made as we know it.
Susuki has decided due to competition that they would have to make so many mods to the Busa that it would really no longer look like what we know to be the Busa.
They have a special code name for it while it is still in the hands of the engineers. I think they are calling it T.U.R.T.L.E. or something like that.
Anyway, so any rumors about the 2006 Hayabusa are false because there will be no 2006 Hayabsua..

furrrrr real? Stage two from the factory but the Hayabusa is going to be a GSXR-1400 and weigh less then the 05. With a TRE it is recorded at 221.5mph top speed with 365 RWHP.BT... that turbo thing are ya serious or joking

These threads never die..........every year....... same thing.......... every year.............guess if you create enough rumors, sooner or later they may actually come true. Hate to say it folks, but the speed wars are long gone. We are a dying breed. Maybe Zud will revamp the busa, but I think clear turn signal lenses and a flash-to-pass trigger are pretty good indications as to just how much engineering cash they are willing to invest. Did I mention that the liter class is REAL hot now?
