Okay where are the pictures I can't eat, won't be able to sleep I need pictures, R1 pictures are out, honda, Kaw, just missing one thing... HAYABUSAlease:
I would think you should be able to eat and sleep; it's kinda doubtful that we are going to see anything new except for maybe, um, paint.
Yeah, Phil...that orange is absolutely Suzuki Classic. You probably won't see it again (from Suzuki; can't say the same for Kawasaki, since they seem to have COPIED it for '09) for quite a while, I'm guessing.
According to the flyer which Jim provided, the White is White/Silver, there's a Grey/Silver and the Black/Grey. I suspect the White one is going to be stellar...in the same fashion as the 06LE.

Suzuki designers suck! Period, end of story. Kawi has been doing nice graphics on the ZX-14 for a couple of years now and all Suzi can do is this lame graphic layout. Kawi even spit in Suzi's face by doing a black and orange this year.
Suzi should have a paint recall or give us a graphics rebate for buying these boring designs.

In some circles, what Kaw did with the Orange/Black scheme would be called "copying."
I won't mention numbers, but I had a low number in my head and when they negotiated for $3,031 dollars above that, I had to bite my tongue to suppress blurting out "h#ll yes!" That will help cover the $1000 in replacement gear I've been ordering. Gave them a receipt for my almost new and completely destroyed carbon fiber Joe Rocket lid and they cut me a check for that too! I'm pleased, to say the least!

No, but would have upon request to prove that it was a low speed (50MPH) front end washout and at the time, doing the posted speed limit like a good boy should! And to think of all those hell bent for leather rides all summer long at warp pace (13,730 miles worth over a 12 month period). Please.....who could or would argue that Suzi is doing great things with the Busa graphically? No one really expected changes to the motor or other structural changes. But which of us are happy that they didn't even change the graphics this year....just the colors within the lines? Is that exciting in your humble opinion?
Heck yeah it's copying, which is why so many of us Busa lovers are pissed. There is no doubt that Kawi put a bullseye right on the S in Suzuki when they did the orange/black scheme. They seized the opportunity while Suzuki was asleep at the wheel. But the only thing they copied was the colors themselves. They spit in Suzuki's face and came up with a pretty sharp design, that kills the '08 orange/black Busa in a side by side artistic competition.
I love the Busa but the graphic designs have been pretty boring since the blue/black of 2002.
Yes this is all just my opinion. But I offer the following as evidence to support my opinion. Feel free to show pics of recent Busa graphics that beat these ARTISTICALLY.
Don't get me wrong, Kawi kept its ugly, boring puke green too. And they added a stupid Monster Energy Drink model. But at least they have 1 model that pushes the edges of design and artistry. What is Suzuki's answer to that? Kawi copied (targeted) Suzuki's colors and Suzuki just stuck with the same 'ole status quo. IMHO....that is either stupid or arogant.

No offense to anyone. I am just ready to buy a new Busa and pretty frustrated with these boring colors and graphics. An anniversary edition or something different with red or yellow may have been more exciting. Add some pin stripes or something.

First of all I am a Busa rider with an award winning Busa, and my next bike will be another Busa. I hate the ZX-14! But am I the only one noticing that you guys are very busy knocking Kawi without any comment on Suzuki's '08 design and repeat design for '09. I don't hear anyone saying they like the graphics on the new Busas. No one is saying they like them so much that they are happy that Suzuki didn't change them from '08 to '09. Who are the owners of the grey/silvers of 2002 that are actually happy to that scheme and combo repeated over and over again?
You have an '08 model, right? Lets hear those early adopters of the '08 Gen II Hayabusa who will be just thrilled to see their graphics repeated over and over again for the few years (if Suzi follows its past behavior). Man your bike and those graphics should be a collectors item not repeated over and over again.
SCREW THE ZX-14, but I think they are smart to add cutting edge graphics to their offering. I just wish Suzuki would add at least 1 edgy model to choose from.

Well JMO!! But it seems in no mater what product people buy these day's, NOBODY(manufacturers) seems to get it a 100% right, or should i say PLEASE a 100% of there consumer's??? But if i had to choose(which i did!, used to own a 2001 ZX12R) i'd rather SUZUKI sacrifice cosmetic stickers (which i "STILL" believe the busa's BETTER in every department, including paint) over performance

Okay enough about that, my opionion no matter if you hate brand X or not they do have a smart color scheme, I have been with Suzuki since my RM125 back in the day and than Katana1100 in 88. Been with them every since but give the devil his due the Kaw is not that bad, they used the same color but broke it up in more than just 2 places. Going all one color in front and black in rear is really an easy way out. I have always wanted them to give it graphics like a GSXR1000 not all the colors, do the solids or 2 tone but than have one crazy. I would like it. My 05 has the colors mixed now some might not like it but I loved it. Hayabusa : Home Page. Now let me stop for a minute and say.. What the Fcck am I typeing about I just want to see the 09 colors and hoping for something cool, now back on course and asking where ARE THE COLORS.

[/QUOTE]+2 on dat. I am just killing time here waiting to see the colors and confirm that I am gonna find a new '08 Blue cause nothing exciting came in '09 line. The white is nice.....just not for me. I also agree that you will never satisfy everybody, but being in marketing myself, it seems smart to try to hit more than one sub niche. I would like to see Suzuki get a little wild with just 1 model in just one year.
i would never sacrifice all the great things about the Busa in lieu of a paint job, but why should we have to make that choice year after year after year? They are changing colors any way. It wouldn't kill them to break it upo a little on one of the models. That's all i'm saying. Now where are those pics?
