- 2010 Wii Fit Challenge -

I finally broke the little plateau I had been on. Saw a number on the scale I haven't seen in over 10 years!!! Still not a great number, but a better one than when I started. Also according to the Wii, I am officially half way to my goal BMI of 22 (44.1).

Hope everyone is doing well and keeping up with their goals. :cheerleader:

WTG Trish!! You have been doing such a great job!:cheerleader:

I haven't stepped on the wii since Friday. With all the plumbing issues we have been having I just haven't had the time.

I'll be back at it today though:thumbsup:

Afraid to get on it.. considering I can't even fit in my SHOES! :banghead:

I HATE being a girl!!

Hope everyone had a great first month on the Wii challenge!!! If you lost weight no matter how little you are a success!!!!! Keep up the good work people!!!

I have all but given up. Someone say something that will get me motivated again. This winter is so dreary, it's draggin my butt down.

Get back on the Wii or I am going to come to LO and kick your hiney!!!!

You can do it. You have done a great job with it so far. Giving up is not an option!!!!

I've been off and on for the past week. I keep plugging away at it little by little.

ACE, GET BACK ON THAT DARN THING WOULD YA!

I've been away from mine too, but for reasons I won't get into here.

Ace....if you will get on it at least 2x a week, I will also. The reward will be icecream....my treat. At the bash.

I need some motivation too....

New day today and new month!!! Time to recommit if we need to. It does get old, especially if you are not seeing the results that YOU want to. But believe me, you wont see any good results if you give up!!!!

So I was thinking how about a little challenge just for this week. At least 10 minutes on the Wii each day. You can do more if you like, but no less than 10 minutes. Sometimes larger time frames that we set aside for exercise are just not achievable and we get frustrated when we don't meet those goals. Think smaller goals, something you know you can do each day. Do more if you want to. More is better!

Break up your overall time goal into several smaller time goals. Example, if you have a goal of 30 minutes of Wii exercise a day, try doing 3-10 minute rounds of Wii fit at different time of the day or 2-15 minute rounds and so on. Ever how you can work it into YOUR schedule. But for this week try concentrating on setting smaller goals so that you can get back into the swing of things. Don't make me go Richard Simmons on any of you and show up at your door step in my sweats and ready to exercise. It ain't pretty!!!!

I have faith in each and everyone of you. I know you can do this!!!!!

Thanks all for the kiind words of encouragement! I'll get back to it..

Angela, you're on!

so how are we doing yall??

I'm dedicating myself as of today. My life is finally starting to settle down a giving me a tiny bit more time for ME... or should I say Mii?

well looks like I'm in it on my own now.. 30 minutes last night... cutting out carbs for lent.. hopefully I'll start seeing some progress.

Great job Jules!!!!!

Dennis has been working from home A LOT lately so my Wii time has been cut. Something about Dennis teleconferencing and my Wii playing in the background doesn't sound professional!!! I could have done it at night after he was done working, but I chose to be lazy and not do it. So Thanks for inspiring me to get my butt back up and get going. :cheerleader:

I guess thinking about it just isnt cutting it anymore. I need to take that dang Mario Kart game out and get back to Wii Fit.

I have been doing a little exercising with the wifey though.

I dont think I have reached my goals yet:whistle:

Ace,

The next time you get out of the shower, look down at your feet.

If you can not see your junk you need to get back to working out.

If you can not see your feet you are in trouble.
