2 days in a row working out on the wii after a 2 week lazy funk!!!

I completely understand! I'm back to my routine myself this week. I've managed to maintain my weight since I've been lazy so I recon that's a good thing.

wow you mean it can tell you your bmi and all the other dreaded stuff, i have one and i didnt even know it would do all that, of course its the kids, and they dont even use the thing, i will have to look into this....

thanks i will take a look at it this weekend, heck i just thought the thing was for games, we have all the other stuff that goes with it too, well see where i am at, and post up...
