- 2010 Wii Fit Challenge -

Well I'm as sore as all get out and I FREAKIN GAINED 0.2 lbs!!!!!

I'm skipping the workout tonight.. I've got some birthday celebratin to do..
 
you just make 2 miis and 2 fit profiles... its just all mail goes to one console.
I got that...but how do I have a Mii in my address book for you and one for Hollywood?...one for Dino and one for Pebbles?

Have fun tonight and don't worry about that 0.2lbs. We weigh heavier in the evening than in the morning. I actually fluctuate about 4 lbs each day. So actually you probably have lost weight. :thumbsup:

Mine said I gained 0.7 today Jules. Don't sweat the small numbers....just try to weigh in at the same time each day. Even if you can't get a workout in at that very moment.

Oh and Dawn...sorry about the snowball. :whistle:

BMI today is 30.10. ::9 I'm back to Obese. LOL


I guess I ate and drank too much :whistle:
 
when I did mine I was down 2.9 lbs and about .5 BMI. But I weighed in the am and my last was 4:30 the previous day.

I would focus on a weeks numbers, but watch daily to see if you are on track:cheerleader:

The wii fit games are fun for me.. its that jillian michaels workout that I am dreading.

I feel like such a loser cuz I can't do 100 jumping jacks without stopping or even one real pushup.

So I go back to boxing and hula hooping after Jilllian wears me out
 
Hey Jules, just stick with the Wii 'til you build up more endurance. Don't let Jillian kick your butt! LOL

I took off yesterday in honor of Jules B-Day :rofl: Kidding, I actually slept ALL DAY LONG, so I'd say my anemia is kicking my butt...

Worked out today, 30 minutes, mostly aerobics and yoga...nothing changed, but I got my workout in and I feel it all over :laugh:

Here is an FYI .....learned this the other day but forgot to mention it. When you do the "jogging in place" game...don't remember what it's called but it's when you follow another mii around the village jogging, well when a dog comes running by if you pass the mii your following and get behind the dog he will take you to a different finish line. The dog will have a yellow arrow pop over it's head when you start following it.

Did you find the snowball fight yet? I haven't done my workout today. Working on getting the tree and stuff down (usually down by New Year's Eve!) and misc stuff that I won't get done before I leave Thur a.m.

I can't do it either. Anastasia has it nailed though. Yoga isn't my thing.

I just finished my 40 minute workout with the free step challenge. I did 950 steps in 8 minutes. If I had sped it up sooner I might have gotten 1000. A goal for tomorrow night I suppose. I didn't do the complete body test today so I don't know what my fit age is. I did burn enough calories for icecream though. :whistle: :laugh:

Haven't turned the wii back on since I did my torturesize this morning. I'll look for it later when everyone is in bed and I can have some ME time!
