I went to the My fittness program, choose combine and picked a work out that they suggest. I chose a few different catagries with repeat of 3 times. It gave me a 55 minute workout of all different kinds of things. Frickin yoga poses are kicking my butt! How do you get your body in those poses? Ugh!
